When I purchased my new home, I paid extra for nice landscaping, including lighting and a water system. I also paid for lawn and garden maintenance. ONE YEAR LATER many of the plants were dying or had died; my trees were water logged; the weeds were out of control throughout the gardens; the pea gravel surrounding my house was running into the drive and yards and also weed-filled; the grass in the backyard was patchy and uneven — you get the idea.
